How We Choose What Goes In
A product earns its place in a Shindigz collection on three tests. It has to be genuinely available, not a listing that has been out of stock for months. It has to belong to a theme rather than float free of one — a plate pattern that repeats on the napkins, a colourway that survives being photographed next to the backdrop. And it has to do real work in a room: an item that only looks good in its own product shot does not make the cut.
Themed collections come first because that is how celebrations are actually planned. Nobody sets out to buy tableware in the abstract; they set out to throw a sixth birthday, a bridal shower, a Halloween night or a New Year’s Eve countdown. So the range is organised the same way — kids’ birthday party supplies, wedding and romance decor, Halloween decorations, holiday decorations, and the licensed character themes children ask for by name.
We do not hold stock, run a checkout or ship anything ourselves. Shindigz is an independent guide funded through affiliate links, which means we have no warehouse to clear and no reason to push a product we would not use. We curate themed collections of real party supplies and link each product to its own live listing, where the purchase, payment, delivery and any returns are handled by that seller. The site holds no stock and takes no payment details, which is why you will not find a basket or a checkout anywhere on it.
Many of the pieces we feature can be personalised — cocktail napkins with a name, date or uploaded design; favour tags and thank-you tags with your own message; engraved photo blocks and monogram letters as keepsakes. Personalisation is set up on the product listing itself, using the upload or text field the seller provides, and the listing states how long customisation adds before dispatch.
